We are excited to serve you!!

All the food was incredible. Love that you had appetizers the first night. That was perfect. Love you had muffins ready in the morning, before yoga. Coffee was excellent.
The facial: That was absolutely the most beautiful perfect way to start the retreat for me. Tracie prayed over me in tears and it really got me thinking about a lot of things. Things that I had not considered and got my brain working on overtime, which was good. I typically keep so busy here I don't allow that time I need to deeply contemplate. She's a beautiful soul for sure and a great camp counselor!
The yoga: I have never heard a holy yoga. But it truly is a thing, a wonderful thing. I'm still amazed and bragging about the fact that I did yoga three times and I could do it! I loved the breath prayers. I love how we started with different super easy relaxing yoga and worked our way up to the more hard bendy kind later. I loved how we went and sat in nature today grounded ourselves and had visual prayers. That meant more than you can imagine to so many of us. Destiny is awesome. She was intuitive and peaceful and spiritual and just downright lovely. She gave me really really cool feedback at the very end that made me full of joy.
Art therapy: I have known of this Amy Abbott person for years but she is truly one of a kind. Hilarious, kind, genuine also another great great servants heart. Art activity was PERFECT. The details, the timing everything about it worked. Even the graduation was a nice touch!
The Tree House and our hosts: Thank you for trusting God with your dream and for sharing it and blessing us with it. It's truly a majestic place. All the nature... the time of year was perfect... The tree house hammock porch was so fun. The Lanai was amazing. The hanging plants everywhere were so beautiful. Your place reeked of Glory, God's glory. You and Billy were just so kind and adorable, especially as a couple. You can tell you've been together really long time and are a really excellent match. You complement each other perfectly in your demeanor's and personalities etc.  So it was a wonderful wonderful weekend! I can't believe I came back so relaxed after only two nights of being away.
Oh one more thing. It was really really weird not to have to do anything. And to not feel obligated in any way shape or form to help. I love that you actually discouraged that. It took all my self restraint at first to submit to that but I'm so glad I didn't cuz I really did cause me to rest, fully rest.
And your dogs are totally awesome.

I loved everything, honestly! I loved that you spent time actually touching us and helping us relax.  That can be really challenging sometimes to let go of that last stress that likes to linger around even after an hour long session.  I enjoyed the different structure of yoga classes as some were more fast paced than others.  I liked the variance.
I loved that we focused on letting go through our hips--I needed it!
I enjoyed you and your wonderful personality.  Bringing that into the practice of yoga is a perfect match

Destiny Bounds

I like that YOU yielded to the Holy Spirit & His agenda vs what you had "planned"  You didn't have to do that, but because you were obedient the Holy Spirit flowed & was present & tangible.  I also liked that we were able to have fun & that is because of you as well.  You had fun, incorporated fun songs amongst the intimate ones. This mix made for a intimate time as well as a fun, laughing & enjoyable one that was lighthearted & genuine.
I love your ability to light up a room (or yoga space haha).  You bring light & energy to all you do & I always feel refreshed & renewed when you lead & are allowed to be lead.

Tracie Johnson

I liked that each session was similar to last session, so I felt like I was getting better at predicting the moves- but I also liked that is was also a slight twist from the last class and something new was introduced each time. I loved when you would explain what certain poses would do for our bodies and that our last session you encouraged us to give less than 100%. I've never done a class with that mindset and my body was tired that last day, so that was a helpful reminder to strive for that particular day. Loved the chocolate treat at our night sessions and that you had blocks and props to borrow. Loved the music choices and playlists. LOVED the human touch and massages at the end of the sessions, that was such a special time to reflect on God and your 4:8 message.
