I love people! I love serving women and most of all I love sharing the love of Christ and how he designed us to live healthy, hopeful and abundantly in all things.
I have had the opportunity to pamper women for the past 26 years as a salon owner/pedicurist. I became ill in 2014 and my life shifted to healing my body all while balancing my work. As I found healing through Christ, His creations and His purpose, I was led to become a health coach and a Christ-Centered yoga instructor. Since then I have developed 4:8 Lifestyle, LLC that encourages others to find their optimal health through living their lives according to Philippians 4:8.
Serving women in a retreat setting is my passion! Whether you receive a special foot massage at the end of a yoga practice, enjoy foods that are amazingly nourishing and delicious or you just want an emphatic ear and arms to wrap you in love, I am all in!
No matter, what you receive I pray you will leave with God’s word planted in your heart and know that Whatever is True, Whatever is Noble, Whatever is Right, Whatever is Pure, Whatever is Lovely, Whatever is Admirable, if anything is Praiseworthy or Excellent, you will Think Upon Those Things.

I aspire to empower and encourage others, in their journey, for a lifestyle change to better health & vitality.

Having experienced previous health crisis, conditions, past addictions I welcomed Jesus to my messes – in surrendering, I found healing, redemption and wisdom that were the missing pieces that brought into a place of peace, alignment that further led me to train and study- as a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, train in leadership development, certify as a Master Holy Yoga Teacher & then say yes to opening a previous Fitness & Yoga Studio-Haven Yoga.

Through Breath & Stillness, Nutrition, and hard workouts- I have experienced God in it all! He keeps teaching me! -So my approach is we are whole! God made us whole- and to take a part out isn’t part of the whole approach- Body, Mind, Soul! I love serving women in the ministry of retreats! I have experienced places in my soul I didn’t know I needed rest and recovery in, that I needed to tend to my soul care, as well as physical care. Hosting a sacred space and partnering with Jesus has allowed me to share soul care ministry, as well as teaching the foundations of breath work and movement to release, restore, recover, and renew! I encourage others and I am passionate about helping people process through their pain whether it be physical, emotional, spiritual or a combination of all three!
With over 17 years of extensive training in Massage Therapy and a lifetime of expressing myself through artistic modalities, it is my goal to use these God-given skills to inspire, encourage and support people who are working through their emotions.
My faith is in Jesus Who makes all things possible, Whose words and works are woven through each work of art and massage therapy session. Throughout the many seemingly insurmountable challenges I have faced. He has never failed to work all things out for His good!It is my belief that by sharing my faith and my struggles He can use my talents to not only help others but also encourage them along their journey!
I’m excited to offer an art workshop centered around a personal word God has whispered in your ear or written on your heart. We will be creating a beautiful work on canvas and also in your hearts as we meditate together on His plans for you in this upcoming year!
