It was a cornucopia of delights which melded together to create a very relaxing and joyful experience. It was so nice to meet up with friends I haven't seen in a while and to also enjoy the company of some beautiful new souls including the gifted and talented staff. If I had to choose the best part or my favorite, it would be the atmosphere you've created and the beautiful way your whole team created an experience to draw me nearer the Lord!

So it was a wonderful wonderful weekend! I can't believe I came back so relaxed after only two nights of being away. It was really really weird not to have to do anything. And to not feel obligated in any way shape or form to help. I love that you actually discouraged that. It took all my self restraint at first to submit to that but I'm so glad I didn't cuz it really did cause me to rest, fully rest.

Faith-Centered Exercise for release

On our mats we are keeping our focus on Christ and inviting the Holy Spirit to shower us in His presence. You will experience worship, praise, community and love. We will open our hearts and experience a peace that will leave us overflowing. Christ-Centered exercise is not just about taking care of the body God gave us, it is designed to gain and keep your focus on God and all He has for you. 

Intimate Setting

Experience Lake of the Ozarks in all of it's glory in nature. The private cove is tucked away at the end of the 60 mile marker. The home is a beautifully remodeled space that sleeps 10. You will have plenty of space with a gorgeous covered deck, a covered hammock room and nature for all the eyes to see. 

Delicious Homemade Meals

All of your meals will be homemade, gluten free and follow the guidelines of the 4:8 Lifestyle, which means all of your food will be true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, praiseworthy and excellent. Everything is made from scratch including all the sauces. We are fully prepared to make any dietary adjustments that you may have.
