Retreat Schedule:
Thursday afternoon and evening
-Check in (12pm-4pm) and get situated
-Meet and greet with dinner and dessert
-Gentle stretching and relaxation
-Bonfire and mingling
Friday
-Coffee, fruit and fresh muffins lakeside
-Gentle morning exercise practice
-Hot Breakfast
-Art Workshop
-Restorative workshop
-Lunch
-Footing For Foundation Workshop
-Self-guided activities
-Journaling
-Meditating/stretching
-Relaxing in the peaceful spaces at the lake -Strolling around the property
-Reading, napping, drawing, anything that makes you happy
-Dinner
-To Be Determined
Saturday
-Coffee, fruit and fresh muffins lakeside
-Hot Breakfast
-Guided meditation walk
-Gather to release by the river and worship
-Goodbyes and check out (1pm)
