Retreat Schedule:
Thursday afternoon and evening
-Check in (3pm) and get situated
-Meet and greet with charcuterie boards
-Gentle stretching and relaxation
-Bonfire and mingling
Friday
-Coffee, fruit and fresh muffins lakeside
-Gentle morning exercise practice
-Breakfast
-Hike at Ha Ha Tonka followed by lunch
-For your sole foot time lakeside
-Dinner
-Evening meditation with restorative yoga and breathwork
Saturday
-Coffee, fruit and fresh muffins lakeside
-Upbeat morning exercise practice
-Breakfast
-Art Workshop
-Smoothie making and light lunch
-Self-guided activities
-Journaling
-Meditating/stretching
-Relaxing in the peaceful spaces at the lake
-Strolling around the property
-Reading, napping, drawing, anything that makes you happy
-Dinner
- Evening meditation with restorative yoga and breathwork
Sunday
-Coffee, fruit and muffins
-Gentle morning yoga/meditation
-Grab-n-go breakfast and group reflection
-Goodbyes and check out (11am)
